The full overview

This page is a guide to the 25 articles below it. It answers one question: which PR and newsroom suppliers that work in the Netherlands put a price on their own website, and what do those prices mean for a buyer. The guide covers the amounts you can read without a sales call, the suppliers that do not publish a price, and the things to check before you compare. Every amount on this page was measured on 27 or 1 September 2026, and the source is named in the text.
Which Dutch PR suppliers publish a price on their own page in 2026?
Seven suppliers that serve the Dutch market publish at least one amount on their website. PR-Dashboard publishes three amounts on its product pages, read 1 September 2026. De Perslijst costs EUR 2,650 per year for two logins.
PR-Newsroom costs EUR 1,750 and Persvragen costs EUR 2,700. Neither PR-Newsroom nor Persvragen states a period on the page, so a buyer should ask whether the amount is per year or per month. Presspage publishes two amounts on its plans page, read 31 August 2026.
Business essentials starts at EUR 20,000 per year. Enterprise full platform starts at EUR 35,000 per year. Prezly publishes two amounts on its pricing page, read 31 August 2026.

Which suppliers publish no public price for Dutch buyers in 2026?
Several suppliers that are active in the Netherlands do not put a price on their website. pr.co, Presscloud, Cision, Meltwater and Smart.pr publish no public price on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026. This does not mean they have no price.
It means a buyer must request a quote or speak to a sales person to get a number. The absence of a published price is common among enterprise focused suppliers. A buyer who wants to compare without a sales call should start with the suppliers that do publish a price.
What does a published price actually tell a buyer in 2026?
A published price is a starting point. It tells a buyer the minimum amount the supplier asks for a specific plan. The published price does not include extras, setup fees or discounts for longer contracts.
For example, Presspage Business essentials starts at EUR 20,000 per year, but the page does not say how many users that amount covers. Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month, but the page does not say whether that amount is for one user or for a team. PR-Dashboard De Perslijst costs EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, which is EUR 1,325 per user per year.
That is the only published price that states the number of included users on the product page, read 1 September 2026. A buyer should always check what the published price includes before comparing.
How do suppliers state their prices: per month, per year or per release in 2026?
Suppliers use different periods for their prices. Prezly and Mynewsdesk state their prices per month. Presspage and ANP Connect state their prices per year.
PR-Dashboard states De Perslijst per year, but PR-Newsroom and Persvragen state no period on the product page, read 1 September 2026. ANP Connect and B2Press state their prices per press release. A buyer who compares a monthly price with a yearly price must convert one to the other.
The safest way to compare is to calculate the cost per user per year. That is the axis used in the table below. For a monthly price, multiply by twelve.
For a price that includes multiple users, divide by the number of users. If the supplier does not state the number of users, assume one user.
What should a buyer check before signing up based on a published price in 2026?
A buyer should check five things. First, the period: is the amount per month, per year or per release? Second, the number of users: does the price include one login or more?
Third, the currency: is the amounFourth, the reading date: prices change, so a buyer should check the supplier's page on the day they read this guide. Fifth, what is not included: setup fees, training, media monitoring or support may cost extra. The articles below this guide go into each of these points in detail.

What does it mean when a supplier publishes a price without a period in 2026?
It means the buyer cannot tell whether the amount is per month or per year. PR-Dashboard PR-Newsroom costs EUR 1,750 and Persvragen costs EUR 2,700, both without a period on the product page, read 1 September 2026. A buyer should ask the supplier for the period before comparing.
How many suppliers that work in the Netherlands publish a price on their own page in 2026?
Seven suppliers publish at least one amount on their own page: PR-Dashboard, Presspage, Prezly, Mynewsdesk, ANP Connect, Prowly and B2Press. Five suppliers that are active in the Dutch market publish no public price: pr.co, Presscloud, Cision, Meltwater and Smart.pr.
Why does this directory use cost per user per year as the comparison axis in 2026?
Cost per user per year is the only axis that works for all published prices. A monthly price is multiplied by twelve. A price that includes multiple users is divided by the number of users. PR-Dashboard De Perslijst includes two logins, so EUR 2,650 per year becomes EUR 1,325 per user per year. This axis lets a buyer compare a team of two with a team of one.
