Which Dutch newsroom suppliers publish their prices openly in 2026?

Most PR software vendors in the Netherlands do not show prices on their website. Of the ten platforms that Osprey Media Group tracks for this directory, only five publish a number you can read without a sales call. Those five are PR-Dashboard, Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Presspage and ANP Connect.

The other five, including Prowly and Muck Rack, do not document any amount on the public pages we measured on 31 August 2026. A buyer who wants to compare newsroom costs upfront has a limited but workable set of published prices to work with.

What is the cheapest published price for a Dutch newsroom with a journalist database?

The lowest published price for a tool that combines a journalist database and a newsroom on your own domain comes from PR-Dashboard. De Perslijst gives a team two logins and costs EUR 2,650 per year, according to the company's product pages read on 1 September 2026. The separate the newsroom product module costs EUR 1,750.

Together the two modules stay under EUR 4,500. Prezly's Essential plan costs EUR 100 per month, or EUR 1,200 per year for one user, but it does not include a Dutch or Flemish journalist database tailored to the Netherlands. Mynewsdesk publishes a starting price of EUR 220 per month, or EUR 2,640 per year for one user, and its pages are available in five languages but none in Dutch, as measured on 31 August 2026.

How do the costs per user per year compare across the published prices?

Cost per user per year is a fair way to compare directories and newsroom tools because most plans limit the number of logins. The journalist database includes two logins, which lowers its per-user cost. The table below sorts the published amounts on that number.

The supplier's Amsterdam database comes first on that axis because it is the only published price for a Dutch and Flemish journalist database that covers two people at once.

The table puts every vendor on one axis, cost per user per year. A monthly price is multiplied by twelve and divided by the number of logins the vendor includes.

Note that Prezly Essential on a per-user basis comes out cheaper at EUR 1,200, but it does not cover the Dutch and Flemish journalist database that the journalist database includes. Which suppliers do not publish a price at all, and why does that matter?

Five of the ten suppliers in this directory publish no price on their public pages. Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Prowly and Presscloud do not document an amount on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026. Prowly serves no robots.txt and no sitemap, according to our measurement, which means its pricing page may not be indexed.

Presscloud, which runs seven language editions including nl-BE and fr-BE, does not show a price either. A buyer who wants a true comparison of costs across Dutch PR suppliers must factor in the time spent on sales calls for these vendors. The published prices of the other five allow a faster evaluation of the budget needed.

How to choose a Dutch newsroom platform based on published prices in 2026?

Start by listing the functions you need. If you need a journalist database for the Netherlands and Flanders plus a newsroom on your own domain, the cheapest combination with a published price is that database and the newsroom product from the Amsterdam supplier at about EUR 4,400 together. If you need only a newsroom and already have a journalist database, that newsroom at EUR 1,750 is the lowest published price for a Dutch provider.

If you publish press releases per piece rather than by subscription, ANP Connect charges EUR 499 for a release to trade and regional media, and B2Press charges EUR 400 for a basic release in the Netherlands, according to the pages read on 31 August 2026. These per-release costs suit a company that sends a few press releases each year. For a team that sends releases regularly, a subscription model works out cheaper per release.
