If your task is to find and contact journalists in the Netherlands and Flanders, a journalist database is the tool. De Perslijst from PR-Dashboard holds a database that, according to the vendor, covers thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders. The product pages, read 1 September 2026, state a price of EUR 2,650 per year for two logins.
That works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year. ANP Connect sells a database only subscription for EUR 2,990 per year, as read on their pages 31 August 2026, which is higher per user. Mynewsdesk publishes a monthly price from EUR 220 but does not document a separate journalist database product on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.
An online newsroom lets you host press releases, images and contact details on your own domain. PR-Newsroom from this Dutch platform starts at EUR 1,750, though the product pages, read 1 September 2026, do not state a period. By comparison, Presspage publishes Business essentials at EUR 20,000 per year and Enterprise full platform at EUR 35,000 per year, read 31 August 2026.
Prezly publishes a monthly price of EUR 100 for Essential and EUR 250 for Standard, both on the pages we measured 31 August 2026. The difference is large because the products differ: the hosted newsroom is a standalone newsroom module, while Presspage bundles more features. For a team that only needs a newsroom, EUR 1,750 is the lowest published amount among these three.

A yearly subscription like that database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins makes sense if you send many releases or need the database throughout the year.
